Now Armstrong offers FSC-certified composite wood ceilings with a variety of wood veneers to meet the growing demands of sustainable design projects. Our FSC-certified WoodWorks ceilings are the first in the industry with a Class A fire rating and no-added urea-formaldehyde. They also have 92% pre-consumer recycled content. Take comfort in knowing that certified trees grow in our greenhouse.

HIGH RECYCLED CONTENT CEILINGS AND SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

We offer the most bountiful crop of high recycled content ceilings and suspension systems in the industry. Our three most popular ceilings are made from up to 82% recycled content, and they are recyclable, which helps save natural resources and minimize environmental impact And now we can even provide our customers with HRC suspension systems that have 84% recycled content.


ARMSTRONG CEILING RECYCLING PROGRAM

The Armstrong Ceiling Recycling Program is the first, biggest and best in the industry. We’ve recycled over 65 million square feet of old ceilings; all part of a closed-loop process that recycles mineral fiber and fiberglass ceilings as well as Ekos® Walls. A perennial favorite – because we’re helping our customers be kind to the environment by saving natural resources and eliminating landfill fees, dumpster and transportation costs.


WOODWORKS™ EKOS® WALL SYSTEMS

Enjoy the best of both worlds – the sophisticated good looks of natural wood over a mineral fiber substrate. There are no detectable VOC emissions and no-added urea-formaldehyde. And these budding beauties have 78% recycled content and are recyclable. Perforated panels help reduce noise and sound transmission. Ekos panels come in four finishes, three sizes and have a wide variety of aluminum and wood accessories.
